How do I know what size I wear?

For the best accuracy we recommend stopping in at a jeweler to get sized.

How long until I receive my jewelry?

All jewelry is made to order and can take approximately 4-6 to be completed and shipped.

Can I order a ring in gold or with gemstones?

Yes, we make jewelry in gold and add custom gemstones upon request. Please email allegoryarts@yahoo.com for info.

Shipping

All orders within the US are shipped through USPS Priority.

International orders ship Fedex. Contact for us for international requests. We are not responsible for any cost incurred by customs. Please allow extra time for international shipping.

Returns

All sales are final. We ship with tracking, if a package is lost we will begin the process of filing for insurance and will determine if we can replace the lost jewelry.

Sizing, Metals and Finishes

Please let us know what size if you are ordering a ring. We offer jewelry in sterling silver, brass, bronze and sometimes copper. Finishes are high polish, brush or hammered.
